A Traditional Door County Type Fish Boil - Laack's Style!

Let's celebrate a mid-summer night in Johnsonville!  Gather your friends and join us on the patio for a Laack's new signature Summer Old Fashioned cocktail or a glass of wine.  Nibble on appetizers while enjoying the beautiful sound, and site of our Sheboygan River waterfall while you anticipate the succulent savorable whitefish fresh from Schwartz's, drenched in sweet creamery butter. We'll include all the traditional sides like little red potatoes and corn, and seal the deal with a delectable dessert.  Your first cocktail or glass of wine or pint of beer is included with your meal.  

A rain or shine event - we will start on the patio and finish in the Fireside Lounge (if the mosquitos come on a little too fierce).  Enjoy a friendly game of cornhole on the lawn, listen to great music and just have a lovely time.  Even bring a fishing pole to try your luck in our popular "fishin' hole".  Plan ahead and kayak from upriver and meet your transport here for dinner.
