Please arrive between 9.30-10am

Venue:  Puriri Hall, 8872 Statehighway 26, Puriri

Parking: The hall doesnt have allocated parking so please park along either side of the road or alternatively there is an empty lot on the same side if the hall.

What to bring:

Yoga Matt / a sheepskin (if you have one, they are not compulsory)

A cushion

A blanket

A journal & pen.  

Something warm

A special item for the altar

ABOUT SAM:

Sam began her journey with Kundalini Yoga, Mantra and Meditation when her life suddenly changed 6 Years Ago. All of a sudden there was no father, no marriage and no job. She found her true calling as a Kundalini Yoga, Mantra and Meditation Teacher in 2021. Sam is also an Environmental Planner seeking to preserve the land that we have left here! Her Deepest Passion is Sound Current and teaching Kundalini Mantras, Kriya and Breathwork to Serve Her Community. ‘To Truly Change We Have to Be the Change We Want to Be.  Awaken Your Intuitive Heart’

She has passion for music, holding space for people when they need help the most and is committed to sharing these teachings to enable others to flourish.
