A Whole New Show is a night of childhood favourites, movie musicals, animated classics and nostalgic songs that take you straight back to the films, characters and soundtracks you grew up with.

Expect huge singalong moments, heartfelt ballads, ridiculous fun, forgotten favourites and plenty of songs that will have you saying, oh my god, I haven’t heard this in years.

From Disney and DreamWorks to movie musicals, animated favourites and songs forever tied to childhood memories, this is a celebration of the music that raised us.

Join John Milligan at the piano and a fabulous lineup of performers for a night packed with nostalgia, joy, big voices and some very familiar tunes.

Grab a drink, bring your friends and get ready for a gloriously nostalgic night of songs from the movies, musicals and soundtracks we never really grew out of.

We’re looking for songs from Disney, animated films, movie musicals, family films, childhood favourites and other nostalgic soundtracks that feel at home on the Big Gay Piano Bar stage.

It doesn’t have to be Disney, and it doesn’t have to come from a stage musical.

If it’s a song you grew up loving, singing around the house, rewinding on VHS, blasting from a CD or dramatically performing in your bedroom, it could be perfect.
