A Women's Retreat to Pause Reflect Reconnect
Description
When was the last time you truly paused and asked yourself, “How am I, really?”
As women, we spend so much of our lives caring for others, meeting expectations and keeping everything moving. In the midst of it all, it can be easy to lose touch with the woman at the centre of it all — you.
What if, just for one day, you gave yourself permission to stop?
To breathe.
To listen.
To become curious about what you truly want.
And perhaps to discover that new choices and new possibilities are waiting to be explored.
Join Debbie Paull, Jacquie Walker and Patricia Hamilton for a deeply nurturing, fully catered Women’s Retreat at a beautiful seaside retreat centre in Safety Bay, Western Australia.
Limited to just 9 women, this intimate day is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and create space for reflection, connection and renewal.
🌊 A Day to Come Home to Yourself
Magnificently located on the coast at Safety Bay, the retreat centre offers beautiful ocean views, peaceful gardens and a serene setting beside the water.
This is more than simply a day away.
It is an invitation to pause and reconnect with your inner compass — to explore who you are, what may be asking for your attention, and what could become possible when you allow yourself to see things differently.
There is no expectation to fix yourself or become someone new.
Instead, you’ll be gently invited to:
Pause and truly check in with yourself
Explore the patterns and stories that may be shaping your choices
Become curious about what you want and need now
Notice how your relationships can act as mirrors for self-discovery
Create space for new perspectives and possibilities
Connect with other women in an open, heart-centred environment
Reflect on what it means to live with greater joy, authenticity and freedom
Through guided reflection, self-inquiry and shared connection, you’ll have space to listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom.
✨ You may discover that the answers you’ve been looking for begin with a better question:
“What is truly possible for me now?”
