Transforming Patterns, 2026: A Year of Adaptive Action (Launch: February 10, 2026)

I’m Royce Holladay. All my career, in one way or another, I’ve worked with people who feel “stuck”, struggling to create their “heart’s dream.” You know what that's like: You know what you want, but you get stopped by the ”busy-ness” of life—too many things stop you, and there's no time for what you want for yourself.  

Here's what we'll do together:

• Join me in February for three days of learning online. Using ideas from Human Systems Dynamics (HSD), design and launch YOUR plan to move toward your dreams.

• Each month (March thru December) you and others in the class meet together with me to share notes, insights, and learning.

• I’ll also meet with you privately each month for support and learning in your project.

Then in December 2026, we'll all celebrate your commencement into sustaining the life you've been seeking!

Learn skills to deal with the complexities that keep you stuck. Use those skills to to make those dreams a reality. See your biggest challenges through a different lens. Take action toward those dreams--whether they're personal or professional!
