A-Z Adventure Play Day!
Event description
The A-Z Adventure Play Day is an opportunity to talk, play, read and sing through the alphabet with your littlest people!
Throughout 2025 we have been encouraging young artists to create works inspired by an alphabet of words for early childhood.
This Play Day celebrates and showcases the young artists efforts in an exhibition.
Can you spy with your little eye something from our A-Z?
Ant, Bandicoot, Creeks, Dancing, Exploring, Family, Garden, Helping, Imagining, Jumping in Puddles, Kindergym, Library, Moon, Nest, Outdoors, Pretending, Quiet, Rain, Star, Toy Library, Upcycling, Vehicle, Water, 'X Marks the Spot', Yoyo, Zip.
Play activities will be provided by the Hills Community Toy Library, the Mt Lofty Kindergym, and the Adelaide Hills Council Library Service. Special guest animals from Warrawong Sanctuary will also be there for children to meet.
This is a chance to share time with other families in your community, connect with your child through play, and use those amazing early literacy skills.
BRING: Hats, sunscreen, dancing shoes, play clothes, a morning tea picnic and a rug!
