It's Reconciliation Week 2026 - "All in"!
Join Clark Webb, founder of the Maam Giingana School, the first bilingual Aboriginal-language school in NSW. He will share the vision that drove its creation and highlight the importance of building a school grounded in culture, identity, and strong educational outcomes.

Cost: Free for all AAEE Members.
Registration for non-members is $10 for waged/$5 student/unwaged.
Donations: for this month's Learning Circle additional donations at checkout will go directly to the Maam Giingana School.
What to expect
Clark will outline the purpose of the school and its role in supporting young people to walk confidently in two worlds. He will then reflect on the early challenges, including establishing systems, securing support, and navigating barriers. These key learnings highlight the resilience required to grow a community-led school initiative. The session will also explore the school’s future vision and its ongoing impact on the community and generations to come.

Clark Webb
Clark Webb is a proud Gumbaynggirr and Bundjalung man and community leader dedicated to strengthening culture, education, and opportunity for future generations. As the founder of Bularri Muurlay Nyanggan Aboriginal Corporation and Maam Giingana School, he has played a key role in creating spaces where Aboriginal knowledge, language, and identity are valued and embedded in learning. These entities have also created over 30 Aboriginal employment positions on Gumbaynggirr Country. Clark is passionate about empowering young people through culturally grounded education and community connection, and mainly Gumbaynggirr language revitalisation.
