Refund policy

If you’re unable to attend the event, we are not able to issue a refund but we happily manage a name transfer. Please email us at reset@aana.com.au. Should the live event need to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related restrictions, the streamed event will still go ahead. All live ticket holders will be able to transfer to streamed tickets and the cost difference can either be refunded, credited to the next RESET Live or gifted to charity.
