EARLY DAZE runs most Friday mornings in Mudgee- especially for expecting parents, and those with newborn and young babies up to around 9 months- however all are welcome. This is a FREE session.
Meet up with other parents and expecting parents, and take the opportunity to ask any breastfeeding and baby related questions you may have- an ABA breastfeeding counsellor will be present and all your queries are welcome- positioning and attachment, breast and nipple care, mixed feeding, nighttimes, starting solids expressing and storing breastmilk, etc.
Our topic is EXPRESSING AND STORING BREASTMILK- Everything you needed to know about breast pumps, hand expressing, feeding breastmilk from cup or bottle and protecting your supply and preventing breast inflammation/mastitis when away from your baby!
PlAyBA, our social morning tea and playtime for little ones, follows on from Early Daze from 10:30am- 12 midday and you are welcome to stay for this.
