A fiery dobro player, award-winning songwriter, and member of Americana favorites Red Molly, Abbie brings raw, heartfelt stories and impeccable slide guitar playing to our intimate listening room. Don’t miss this chance to experience her unmistakable sound up close.

Opening the night is Sean Kiely, a folk musician from Jersey City, NJ, who is mostly acoustic (but sometimes not). His intricate guitar work and evocative, nuanced songwriting have made him a mainstay of the New Jersey folk scene.

Abbie Gardner is a fiery dobro player with an infectious smile. Whether performing solo or with Americana darlings Red Molly, her acclaimed tales of love and loss, both gritty and sweet, are propelled by her impeccable slide guitar chops. Her live solo show is truly unique - as an award-winning songwriter, captivating vocalist, and world-class dobro player, she has an unmistakable sound all her own. Her last solo album hit #11 on the Billboard Blues Charts, featuring intimate recordings of just Abbie and her dobro. Her latest single “Don’t Think Twice" hit #1 on the May 2025 Folk Charts.

Sean Kiely is a folk musician, mostly acoustic (but sometimes not) from Jersey City, NJ. His intricate guitar work and evocative, nuanced songwriting have made him a mainstay of the New Jersey folk scene.

Sean Kiely's most recent record Postcards of the Reckoning was named one of the top 10 albums of 2024 by NJ.com and debuted at #15 on the FAI Folk Chart. His February 2025 single, “Mother Tongue,” co-written with Jean Rohe, reached #22 on the Folk Singles Chart.

Kiely opened for Richard Thompson in February 2025 at a sold-out White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, and recently performed live in-studio at WFUV. He was a winner of the 2024 NERFA Songwriting Contest. No Depression wrote that his debut album, 2015’s Your Logo, My Logo, is “one of those sublime and unassuming efforts that sneaks up on you until you find it won’t let go.”

Upcoming highlights include a December tour with a headlining slot at Marilyn Rea Beyer’s Folkstage on WFMT in Chicago, and an appearance on the Martha Bassett Show in North Carolina in 2026. Sean Kiely is currently recording the eagerly anticipated follow-up to Postcards of the Reckoning.
