The Grace Darling Hotel & Spots is excited to host a Thursday in the basement with Abby Sundborn, joined by Glen Rey. and Vaughan & Wedd.

Abby Sundborn is a Melbourne/Naarm-based composer and performer whose work draws on classical cello and electronics. Her electroacoustic music explores perception, time and emotional states through intimate compositions, balancing rigorous attention to sound with an intuitive sensitivity to space, vulnerability and silence. Her work has appeared on Altered States, Daisart and Absorb, and she has collaborated with artists including Tony Buck, Jonnine and Lisa Lerkenfeldt.

Supporting is Glen Rey. with experimental music drawing on kosmische, tape music, avant-folk and microsound, along with Vaughan & Wedd, presenting rock music expanded in a variety of ways.

The Grace Darling Hotel was constructed in 1854 and retains its original architectural build. Thus, the Band Room & Basement are regrettably not wheelchair accessible. The Main Bar level is wheelchair accessible.
All bathrooms at the Grace Darling Hotel are gender neutral (Located on the Atrium level (4 steps), and in the upstairs Band Room)

No strobe lighting or strobing visuals.
