Aboriginal Traditional Sound Healing at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse
Event description
“Nothing about us, without us…” After discussions with the local community, the decision was made to intentionally bring more Aboriginal Traditional Healing techniques into the hospital.
It is our absolute pleasure to invite the local First Nations and non-First Nations community, patients, family and staff members to experience the profound impact that Yidaki healing songs can have on the mind, body and spirit.

What to bring: An open mind and your own mat, towel, or blanket for comfort (you have the option to sit on a chair or lay flat on the ground for this experience).

Where: The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Living Room Atrium on the Ground Floor (walk through the main entrance on Salisbury Rd and follow the signs to the Living Room Atrium)
