We’re excited to invite music educators to an interactive online workshop introducing the Australian Music Centre’s latest education resource kit, Ngapa William Cooper: with music by Nigel Westlake, Lior and Dr Lou Bennett
Written by Nigel Westlake, Dr Lou Bennett, and Lior, Ngapa William Cooper is a landmark Australian work to be embraced in secondary music curricula.
Facilitated by Dr Joanna Drimatis (Music Education Specialist at the Australian Music Centre), we will be joined by a special guest, composer Nigel Westlake, to explore the contents of the resource, including a thorough musical analysis, contextual information, and teaching prompts to inspire young musical minds.
