Abstract Painting & Self-Expression

This art class is a guided introduction to a new fun way of abstract painting where you don't have to get it right.

Throught simple promps you will explore colour, movement and different painting tools. No previous experience needed. Instead of chasing perfection the focus is on feeling free to paint and joy that comes with it.

What to expect:

• beautiful space set up that allows creative freedom

• guidance of an artist and ife coach that creates supportive space

• high quality art supplies (acrylic inks, brushes, sponges, watercolour papers)

• take home whatever you create - several pieces that you can frame or give as a gift

• small group, big creative space, 6 people max.
