Online Introduction Workshop to The Art of Teaching Acting

Here’s your chance to learn from one of Australia’s most respected Master acting teachers.

Actors Centre Australia (ACA) is launching Dean Carey’s new book, THE ART OF TEACHING ACTING. Dean is ACA’s founder with 40+ years’ experience, training more than 250,000 students internationally.

To celebrate, we’re inviting drama teachers to attend Introduction to The Art of Teaching Acting Workshop on Monday, 13 May from 7:00-8:30pm via Zoom.

The Art of Teaching Acting is not just another acting method or technique, it’s a one-of-a-kind training manual. A remarkable resource published by World Scientific, it will become every drama teacher’s go-to book. Get powerful, practical tools and systems for developing and enhancing a culture of creative achievement in every performing arts teaching environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

During this Introductory Workshop, Dean will share the philosophy and practical approach of Actors Centre Australia.

The Art of Teaching Acting is every teacher’s “what, why and how”.

WHAT do actors need to learn at this precise moment?
WHY do they need to learn it at this precise moment?
HOW best can I provide them with the most beneficial practical experience and deepest level of understanding?
