Welcome to the engagement portal for the Accelerating Smarter Development Prospectus, and thank you for your interest in this project.  This Prospectus, led by NBN and supported by Urbis, marks an exciting opportunity for the development industry across Australia.

The Accelerating Smarter Development Prospectus will assist developers, owners, and place-makers in approaching the use of data, digital technology, and innovative practices in their developments.  Though the value of smart technology is widely recognised across the development industry, the speed of technological progress, evolving offering of the marketplace, and need to align a wide range of stakeholders, makes for a difficult environment to realise value.  The Prospectus will provide a starting point for developers and other industry stakeholders to engage with smart development.  

Critical to this project process is the nation-wide engagement and consultation, taking place through October and November.  We urge industry stakeholders to sign up to one of the stakeholder engagement sessions (information below), and to complete the survey which will be available through this portal in the coming weeks.
