About the Presenter
Laetitia Thompson is the Digital Content Training Officer at CFA Australia, where she helps organisations create accessible, engaging, and easy-to-understand content. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Arts, and History from Murdoch University, she specialises in accessible social media, plain language, and Easy English.
A regular presenter on digital accessibility and inclusive communication, she has delivered presentations at industry events including the Perth Digital Accessibility Conference (PDAC) 2026.
Outside of work, Laetitia writes historical and urban fantasy fiction and is an enthusiastic collector of antique jewellery. She combines this passion with accessibility through her LinkedIn series, Material Stories, which explores historic jewellery through detailed alt text and storytelling
