Accidental counselling and other boundary challenges in leadership
Event description
With Elisabeth Shaw, CEO Relationships Australia NSW
As NFP leaders we like to believe ‘our door is always open’ to signal our intention to be approachable, available and empathic in our response to staff. As Covid challenges these boundaries in both positive and precarious ways, how do we offer a positive and supportive relationship while effectively and respectfully managing the mutual risks involved?
This session will offer a framework for effective relational leadership when circumstances challenge the more usual management approaches we might employ.
