Join us for an Accidental Counsellor 1-day course!
Delivered by Helping Minds, this course provides participants with the skills to talk to someone going through a difficult time; having relationship issues; not coping with life; or feeling helpless.
This 1-day course will explore:
• The role of an Accidental Counsellor
• How to help someone identify their strengths
• How to reframe someone’s thinking to give different perspectives
• The differences between supporting, helping and rescuing
• The desirable traits and skills for an accidental counsellor
These sessions are for adults. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
