Association of Coordinators for Erasmus+ UK: In-person Training Days

Our free ACE+ UK in-person events (further details below) will bring together schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities and other education organisations across the four UK nations to help them prepare practically and strategically for the UK’s return to Erasmus+ in 2027. The events are organised with the support of local partners in each nation.

The events will help participants to:

• Prepare for Erasmus+ 2027, with practical guidance on developing strong projects, partnerships and ambitious consortium models.

• Use Erasmus+ strategically, linking international activity to institutional priorities, staff development and school improvement, while expanding students’ horizons through meaningful European experiences.

• Connect directly with European partners and specialists, enabling relationships and future projects to develop ahead of the 2027 call.

• Build long-term capacity, learning from successful European models and organisations with extensive Erasmus+ experience.

Participants will include school and college leaders, Erasmus+ coordinators, MATs, Local Authorities and other organisations interested in coordinating or participating in Erasmus+ projects.

A key feature will be direct access to UK and European expertise. The British Council and European Commission are expected to join, alongside experienced Erasmus+ consortium coordinators, regional education authorities, European partners and education networks.

These events will go well beyond an Erasmus+ information day. They are designed as practical partnership-building and capacity-building events, helping organisations use Erasmus+ to support whole-institution development, address strategic priorities and create new opportunities for staff and learners.

Participation is free of charge but registration is essential. Registration Deadline = Monday 28 September at 12noon.

Doors will open at 9.30am for coffee and registration. The events will start at 10am and finish at 3:30pm.
