ACED Women PPN | The Advice Panel - What I Wish I'd Known About Parenthood
Description
The Advice Panel: What I Wish I’d Known About Parenthood
How do you keep building your career while also raising a family?
ACED Women’s Professional Parents Network (PPN) invites you to The Advice Panel: an afternoon of candid conversation, practical advice and connection exploring the realities of parenthood and career in the property and construction industry.
We’re bringing together leaders from across architecture, construction, engineering and development, representing different career and parenthood stages, to talk openly about the things we often wish someone had told us earlier.
We’ll dive into:
💡 Navigating parent guilt and competing priorities when project demands never slow down
💡 Returning to work and maintaining momentum for career progression
💡 Balancing two careers, family responsibilities and the realities of modern parenthood
💡 What actually works for modern families
💡 The advice our panellists wish they’d had earlier
