Find out how to make your business more sustainable and help tackle climate change.

This one-day, hands-on workshop is tailored for business leaders who are leading the charge towards sustainability but lack in-depth knowledge of the subject. The practical training will provide you with the essential understanding to help you kickstart your sustainability efforts.

  • How to create a successful stakeholder engagement plan that will secure support and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders, as you embark on your sustainability journey.

This one-day course employs a dynamic blend of information sharing, group discussions, engaging exercises, and real-life examples to deepen your understanding of business sustainability. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with a wealth of knowledge, digital tools and a worked course book filled with practical templates from the day, ready for immediate implementation.

Facilitator - Caroline Thalund, Professor of Practice

Caroline is a thought leader in sustainability and has been working in the space worldwide for over 20 years across the software, retail, construction, aviation and tourism sectors.

She specialises in helping businesses start or advance their sustainability journeys efficiently and with the greatest impact.

Caroline achieves this by making the complex things simple and highly engaging. Her passion is to motivate, engage and inspire others by challenging current models, culture, thinking and behaviours to create innovative solutions and bring everyone along on the journey together.

This course is $1150pp including GST and Humanitix booking fees.
