Acid Chess Club End of Year Comp & Party

We are into the endgame of another year of Acid Chess Club and we want to celebrate our second year at Runner Up with all the crew who have made this little community what it is: hectic, chill, social, serious, competitive, educational, weird and ultimately, a ritual. Hell, even a place for a meet-cute or two, so we hear. 𓂈

2024 has undoubtedly been our biggest year yet, buoyed by all the new faces, fan favourites, and mid-winter lines out the door to sign up for our overflowing competitions. We even introduced a second monthly night - Learn and Play - to make sure everyone has a chance to enjoy the game we love, in a way that suits them. 🤵🏻‍♂️

Every time we lay down the boards and wait for players to roll in on a Thursday evening, you never disappoint! 

Accordingly, wanna pull out the stops for a richly deserved end-of-year celebration. With the help of Runner Up, we’ll be hosting our biggest EVER Chill, Hectic and Open competitions, with our biggest haul of prizes to suit, and some of Melbourne’s finest soundtracking the evening. 📦

There’s going to be something for everyone - so spread the word and bring your mates to give ‘em a sneak peek of where you disappear to on Thursday evenings.
