Acid Jazz/Funk Live Music by Tripside Life Quartet

We’ve spent months exploring jazz—now, it’s time to turn up the groove.

For the first time at acidity., we’re bringing a full night of acid jazz and funk to the stage.

Tripside Life Quartet is a Melbourne-based ensemble featuring Daimon Brunton on trumpet, Zac Lewis on guitar, Riley Theo on bass, and Sean Newell on drums. Blending original compositions, funk-driven rhythms and groove-based improvisation, the quartet creates a sound that is energetic, hypnotic and distinctly their own.

Expect deep grooves, electric textures, sharp interplay and original music built to move.
