Not Just Sitting Pretty: Intro to Acro Chair Flow

In this class you will learn introductory safe movement on a regular metal folding chairs to apply to your future chair dance experiences.  We will work through a flow sequence on the chair that will not only make you revisit you relationships with chairs but also broaden you knowledge of chairs not just being for sitting. 

This class is meant to be sexy ashtanga yoga/pole dancing on a folding chair so please wear yoga pants or tights and a full back coverage top to make your experience more pleasant.

There are only be limited chairs available. Please bring your own metal folding chair.

Please stay after the workshop for refreshments and a brief performance from Kerri!

About Kerri N'Fuego

A seasoned and classic temptress, Kerri N’Fuego is a specialist in acrobatic chair dance, pole dance, and aerial pole. She was crowned Queen at the last Southern Exposure Burlesque Festival, awarded "Miss Starlet" at the Hollywood Burlesque Festival, and is Exotic Generation Old School National Pole Champion.

Classes are taught at The Tony Williams Dance, Studio 2, 284 Amory St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130
No street shoes are allowed in the studio.
