Acrónimo: An Experiecne in Sotol

This is more than just a Cocktail Class; it's a chance to Learn about Sotol from one of the fastest-growing brands in the past year, Acrónimo! We will learn about Sotol from the team behind Acrónimo, and we will have an opportunity to not only taste their wonderful Sotol Blanco and Gin but also learn how to make some delicious cocktails.

This will also be one of the first opportunities to experience the wonderful new restaurant DOTO! They will be providing small plates representing what to expect from their menu.

To continue the experience at home you will be able to paint your own Sotol pot and take some seeds home with you to grow your very own Desert Spoon (Sotol Plant).
