ACT CIP Convention Watch Party
Event description
Communities in Action:
Strengthening Democracy Together
Online Fri 5 (6pm-9pm) & Sat 6 Sept (9am-5pm)
CIP’s fifth annual Convention for the Community Independents movement. It is a national event where people-powered politics takes centre stage. This is where MPs, community leaders, changemakers, volunteers and supporters unite online to share big ideas, practical know-how, and real stories of grassroots action and impact.
With independents already making change here in the Senate, the Legislative Assembly and at federal elections, there is an appetite for better representation here in the ACT. Join us to see how much more we can do together.
Program: see https://www.communityindependentsproject.org/convention-2025#program
