Event description

This training provides practical, easy to use strategies to manage the challenges that life throws at us and skills to choose to do what is most important to us. The program is developed for farmers, farming couples/families and rural individuals to build skills to manage stress and daily challenges.

This pilot is developed by Stephanie Schmidt, 2020 SA Agrifutures Rural Women’s Award winner. The program will be interactive and participants will take home practical strategies to apply straight away to their work and home lives.
