For teenagers, mastering improvisation is more than an acting skill—it's a gateway to personal and professional excellence. Neuroscience shows that during adolescence, the brain undergoes a remarkable phase of development, particularly in areas responsible for creativity, focus, and emotional regulation. This foundations course is highly recommended for young people wanting to audition for our youth theatre productions or musical theatre programs in term two.
