29 Feb – Action Plan Co-Design Workshop – National Strategy for Volunteering
Event description
The National Strategy for Volunteering 2023 – 2033 is currently in its first-year Establishment Phase. This phase lays the foundations for the National Strategy’s ten-year horizon, including the development of the first Three-Year Action Plan. Building on the co-design principles of the National Strategy, you are invited to share your perspective in a guided workshop that will contribute to the design of the Action Plan. The Three-Year Action Plan will provide clarity and direction for the volunteering ecosystem as they work together to realise the vision of the National Strategy for Volunteering: to make volunteering the heart of Australian communities.
The National Strategy for Volunteering is for everyone. Whether you are a volunteer, a researcher, a policy writer, a CEO, or a leader of volunteers, we want to hear from you. Please join the National Strategy for Volunteering team as we discuss the content of the Action Plan, commitments from key stakeholders, and opportunities for everyone in the volunteering ecosystem to participate.
Note that the workshops hosted 27 February – 8 March offer the same opportunity to contribute. To maximise the number of people who can participate, please ensure you only register for one session.
