Somatic Dance is a guided free form embodied movement journey, held in a non-judgmental space where all of you is welcome. No prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome. Come and move your body to the rhythm of your soul, ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others.

The guidelines are simple: No booze (or intoxicants), or talking in the dance.

Slip off your shoes and deep into the layers of your body, supported by a carefully chosen epic music and a beautiful group of humans.

Fully embody your truest expression, release debris and allow movement to show you your fullness.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and a cushion or blanket if you'd like to relax deeply during the sound healing portion. Let’s come together in the energy of activation and elevation. We can’t wait to dance, sound, and rise with you!

CORAL STONE is a multifaceted healer, combining her talents as a sound healer, space holder, Priestess, and musician to guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and renewal. With a deep understanding of the healing power of sound, Coral has developed a unique approach that blends traditional techniques with innovative practices, offering a deeply immersive and rejuvenating experience.

JODY BROWN is a woman dedicated to the path of the heart and the embodiment of our humanity for the purpose of discovering our own authentic truth and freedom. Jody has spent years in embodiment and inquiry practices and has been teaching yoga since 2012, has trained in Somatic Therapy, multiple body work therapies, Embodied Inquiry and Somatic Dance.
