Thank you for your incredible show of support for our Activate events and for our Western Australian natural environment. We are thrilled to share that our Katter Kich 2024 event has reached its total capacity. We dream to plant half-a  million trees in a season and welcome you all 🙂, but at this moment, we are still all volunteers and only have the capacity to plant 50 000 trees this time.

Please trust we do our best to bring you these very special Tree Planting Music Festivals and that we we sincerely strive to create even bigger and better Tree Planting Festivals for next year and beyond.

Get ready for a weekend of connection, workshops, live music, camping, and the heartwarming act of planting 50,000  native seedlings! This is your chance to be part of a meaningful restoration project in one of Western Australia's  iconic landscapes.⛺️ 🌠 🧘‍♂️ 🪘

🌿 Restoring Nature's Beauty 🌿

Thanks to Carbon Positive and the dedication of landowner Sheenagh Collins, we're tackling environmental challenges by planting salt-tolerant trees and bushes. Together, we're revitalizing the ecosystem and creating a biodiverse haven for native fauna.

🌿 Cultural Immersion & Activities🌿

Explore the rich heritage of Katter Kich, experience Aboriginal rock art at Mulka’s Cave, and soak in the stunning views of Lake Magic. Engage in workshops, games, yoga, meditation, and more, all amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of Hyden Rock. 🖌🎾🥾🧘🏾‍♀️

🌿Live Music & Entertainment 🌿

Groove to the beats of our farm-field mobile DJs during the day and enjoy live bands, DJ sets, vocal performances, and campfire sing-alongs by night. It's a celebration of community, music, and nature!  💃 🕺 🎶 🪕 🎷

🌿Delicious Meals & Campfire vibes 🌿

Our Kitchen Witches are cooking up a storm with organic, healthy meals to fuel your planting efforts. Gather around the campfire, share stories, and savor the flavors of communal dining under the stars.🍲🥗🥣🥘

✮ Dates: 28th June to 1st of July
✮ Location: Katter Kich (Wave Rock), Hyden, WA

Ticket prices: Adults $150  I  Concession $120  I  Teens 10-16 $80  I  Kids 3-9 $40  I  Kids under 3 are free.

One ticket covers you for all three days of the festival and includes:

✮ Live music, DJs & entertainment
✮ Workshops, games, classes and kids activities
✮ All meals and snacks including tea & coffee
✮ Spacious campsites with access to toilets & showers
✮ Treeplanting equipment

✮ If you do not wish to camp, you are welcome to stay in your vehicle/van etc. Caravans and motorhomes are also welcome (but no private access to electricity or water)
✮ Program of the weekend to be finalised closer to the event
✮ Please do not bring your dog or other animals to this event

Ticket terms and conditions can be accessed here. 

Please note: Refunds can only be given up to 7 days prior to the event. This gives us a bit of time to find new tree planters to put the seedlings in the ground. If you cannot attend at the very last minute and/or give your ticket to someone else, please let us know so that we can keep track of the tree planters. Otherwise, we recommend using TIXEL to sell/buy ticket
