Activating Your Crowd in Aotearoa

Following on from our last 2 successful webinars (Introduction to Equity Crowdfunding and Crowdfunding to Scale Your Sustainable Business), we are hosting another one next week to walk you through how to activate and engage your crowd. This is a topic which many of our crowd has asked for, so here it is!  

We’ll start off with talking about who’s in your crowd (hint: it's not just your social media followers!) and how to identify them. Then we’ll talk about the channels to connect and talk with them, and finally, we’ll discuss messaging and how to do an ‘expression of interest’. 

This will be an interactive session where we will give you time to work and time to brainstorm with others. And we’ll share with you examples of what has worked well for our past campaigners. One of these campaigners is Glen Herud, founder of Happy Cow Milk company, which raised $400,000 in 8 hours through their equity campaign after launching publicly (read their crowdfunding case study to learn more).

At the end of this session, you will have an understanding of your crowd (potential and existing), and be ready to start engaging with them in a clear and authentic way.
