Event description

Active Escapes x F45 Beach Workout

As part of the Noosa Festival of Surfing the local fitness community will get together for one big workout on Noosa Main Beach.  Afterwards we will have an ice bath set up for those who want to use it also.  

Where: Noosa Main Beach

When: 6am start on March 4th

What to bring: clothes you are happy to get wet, water bottle, towel and shoes won't be needed.
