Simply speak to your friendly Club V Manager to receive your discount code before registering.
It's our way of rewarding our Club V families and helping even more children enjoy the benefits of movement, confidence-building, and healthy habits through Active Juniors.
- I would like to enrol more than one child. Do I get a discount?
Absolutely! We love seeing siblings join in the fun together.
If you’re enrolling more than one child aged 6 to 10 years in Active Juniors, you’ll receive a 10% sibling discount. Simply select the Two Child Package during registration, and the discount will be applied automatically.
It’s a great way for brothers and sisters to stay active, build confidence, learn new skills, and share the Active Juniors experience together, all while enjoying a little extra value for the family.
- Can I claim the government 'Active & Creative Kids Voucher' on this program?
Yes, absolutely!
If you'd like to use your Active & Creative Kids voucher towards Active Juniors, our friendly Club V Manager will be there to help. They'll guide you through the voucher redemption process and ensure it's applied correctly at your child's first session.
We're here to make the enrolment process as simple and stress-free as possible, so your child can focus on what matters most: having fun, building confidence, and developing healthy habits for life.
- What if my child misses a session?
We understand that life happens and sometimes children may need to miss a session.
Active Juniors fees are based on a full 10-week term, so we’re unable to offer make-up classes or refunds for sessions missed due to personal commitments. If Virgin Active needs to cancel a session, however, a credit or refund for that specific class will be provided.
If your child is unwell, their health and the wellbeing of other participants always comes first. Children should not attend Active Juniors if they have an infectious illness. In cases of genuine illness, a refund may be considered when supported by a valid medical certificate covering the missed sessions.
- What if my child is outside the age bracket of 6-10yrs?
Active Juniors has been carefully designed specifically for children aged 6 to 10 years, with activities, coaching, and skill development tailored to this stage of their growth and development.
To ensure every child has the best possible experience and can participate safely and confidently alongside their peers, we kindly ask that only children within the 6-10 year age range are enrolled in the program.
We're always looking at ways to support families and expand our youth offering, so keep an eye out for future programs designed for different age groups.
- Can I pay in instalments?
To secure your child’s place in Active Juniors, full payment is required at the time of registration.
As spaces in the program are limited, upfront payment helps us confirm bookings and ensure every child has a reserved spot for the full 10-week term.
We recommend enrolling early to avoid missing out, as places can fill quickly. Once registered, your child can look forward to a term of fun, movement, skill-building, and making new friends in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Do parents and guardians need to remain on site while the child is attending Active Juniors?
Yes. For the safety and wellbeing of all children participating in Active Juniors, parents and guardians are required to remain on site for the duration of the session.
The good news? While your little one is having fun, learning new skills, and staying active, you can make the most of your time too.
If you're not currently a Virgin Active member, you'll be eligible for our exclusive Guardian Access Pass, giving you access to our club facilities at a reduced rate while your child participates in the program. Join a group exercise class, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sauna, or fit in a workout on the gym floor, all while staying close by and making time for your own wellbeing.
Because Active Juniors isn't just about keeping kids active. It's about creating healthy habits for the whole family
