We are offering a range of activities that are free and open to EVERYONE in community to attend.

Craft with Paper

What: Making cards, scrap booking, colouring in.

When: 10:30-11:30am Tuesdays

Help with Forms

What: Help to fill in any form from any service, on paper and online

When: 1:30-3pm Tuesdays

Board Game Huddle

What: Cards, Chess, Scrabble, Jenga & more - all adults welcome

When: 2-4pm Tuesdays

Movement for Wellbeing

What: Body movement for joy and gentle exercise

When: 10:30-11:30 Thursdays

Yoga without Barriers

What: Trauma-informed yoga, building skills for emotional regulation
