Description

Our final event of 2026.

Set inside one of Hobart's historic churches, we're bringing together international, interstate and local talent for a celebration of art and music.

Line Up:
Eoin DJ (Ireland)
DJ Alizé (Naarm)
KAT (Nipaluna)

eoin dj, based in London but hailing from the west of Ireland, hasbeen quietly DJing, running parties and making music for a hotminute.Their own productions are emerging into the ether withcontributions to the Radiant Records IWD compilations and themost recent Rhythm Section Shouts compilation, alongside thecollaborative effort ‘Dreaming is Essential’ with Byron Yeates andRuin. 2023 will see the release of eoin’s debut EP on PlanetEuphorique, a string of European shows and the release ofseveral mixes of note online

The eoin dj rave experience draws from all hues of the dancemusic spectrum – psychedelic techno, indulgent hard house, rolling progressive cuts and understated trance numbers areseamlessly stitched around dreamy breakbeats, pumping acidand sub heavy dub freak outs over the course of a set. Drawingon more than 10 years of deejay experience, you can be certainthat eoin is adept at creating mind bending transcendental dance-floor moments at any hour of the day or night.

You can hear these shades in eoin’s mix contributions for HOR,NTS, Hue & Saturation, Pipipi, Radiant Records and The LotRadio, in and amongst a plethora of other hot sets floating aboutcyberspace. Having already played some of Europe’s mostprestigious clubs in the past year, including Left Bank, Macadam,Ohm and Venue MOT, the only way is up for eoin dj.

Our events take place on the stolen lands of the Muwinina people, in Nipaluna on Lutruwita. We acknowledge the Tasmanian Aboriginal community, who have endured invasion and dispossession, and continue to maintain their identity, culture, connection to country, and Aboriginal rights. Sovereignty was never ceded. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are invited to attend free of charge—get in touch.

Acuity encourage, and promote spaces that are safe and free for the purpose of artistic, physical emotional, and spiritual expression for all. Be wary of how you transition through the spaces, of your position, and your power. We do not tolerate intolerance in any form, including having zero tolerance for homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, xenophobia, racism, misogyny, and negative or toxic vibes. Look out for each other, the spaces, and yourself, as we will look out for you.

Returning favourite Rebe McNeill will be working on the door.
