Dr Kenny Aluko
Dr Kenny Aluko is a business and workforce transformation specialist with over 15 years of Australian and international experience across higher education, community services, and financial services. She works at the intersection of people, data, technology, and strategy, helping organisations understand and respond to the workforce impacts of digital and emerging technologies. Her expertise spans HR strategy, business analysis, organisational change, workforce transformation, and data analytics, underpinned by a PhD focused on managing the workforce impacts of emerging technologies. She supports digital transformation and ERP implementation projects, redesigning business processes to improve efficiency and workforce capability. Dr Aluko is also the developer of a published workforce transformation framework used to guide people-centred digital change.
