Our May speaker is Dr Roger Paterson who will be talking about ADHD Medications for Children, Teens & Adults + Q&A

Dr Roger Paterson will give an update on ADHD medications, when to use them, the advantages and disadvantages, the costs & benefits.

He will talk for about 30 minutes and then start taking your questions.

Dr Roger Paterson provides assessment and treatment of ADHD in teenagers and adults, starting at about 16 and continuing into later life as needs be.

He is in full-time private practice in Nedlands. His focus is on medication treatment and he liaises closely with colleagues who provide the essential aspects of a multimodal treatment approach e.g. psychologists and coaches.

He has over 30 years experience treating ADHD, as well as being involved in published research, and supporting community and professional ADHD groups. Specifically, he's been on the Professional Advisory Body of ADHD WA since 1994.
