This retreat is an opportunity to recharge and grow, in community.

Retreat includes:

3 nights' accommodation in a private room in a 3 bedroom wood cabin. (Check out the gorgeous venue, Karri Valley Resort)
Daily morning energising yoga + evening relaxation mindfulness.
A schedule of optional activities, open for you to balance downtime to recharge your batteries. There are plenty of places to enjoy peaceful alone time, with the option to connect with others when you want to.
Community of like-brained individuals!
Breakfast supplies and catered lunch.
A huge expanse of natural Australian bush (in springtime glory) surrounding the venue, to explore at your leisure.

Retreat does not include:

All of the food. Bring your favourite snacks! There's a kitchen in your cabin.
Expectations. No shame, guilt, pressure, or judgement here.

Note: If you're noticing feelings of insecurity/ intimidation coming up right now, you might recognise that pesky RSD trying to protect you, but getting in the way of good things! This program is for you.
