All BCA members are invited to the adjourned Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 13th December at 7.30pm AEDT.
The only business of the meeting will be:
1. The receipt of the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for 2021-22.
2. Confirmation / appointment of Auditor for 2022-23.
The zoom link will be the same used at the meeting on 26th November, and it will be sent again upon registration.
All members entitled to vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy by completing the proxy form. Forms must be received no later than 7.30pm on Monday 12 December, and can be submitted by email to: companysecretary@bca.org.au.
