Event description

Duration: 2 hours per session, over 5 weeks

In this program, you will:

  • Understand dementia

  • Linking with community supports

  • Relationship dynamics and Communication

  • Strategies for adapting to changes

  • Future planning

Program dates: 

Week 1: Thursday 17th July

Week 2: Thursday 24th July

Week 3: Thursday 31st July

Week 4: Thursday 7th August

Week 5: Thursday 14th August

 

Weekly session times:  

Commences 10:30am  

Concludes 12:30pm  

 

We ask that you please RSVP via email or phone as soon as possible as places are limited.  

Important: This program is designed exclusively for individuals living with dementia and their carers.
