Ticket Access and Session Attendance

Your ticket provides access to four sessions per week over a four-week period, giving you the opportunity to attend a total of 4 sessions throughout the program.

Eligibility

This program is available for people who are 65 years or older, living in the community and are CHSP eligible. To be eligible to join the program, the person attending (or their loved one) must have a diagnosis of dementia or be in the process of obtaining a diagnosis. The person must be aware of the changes they are experiencing, and it must be their wish to join.
