Event description

This support group is for adults with ADHD to come and offer peer to peer support and guidance to each other.

This event is free of charge and no diagnosis is needed to attend. This is a safe place to discuss the everyday struggles (and positives!) of living with ADHD.

If you have any questions, please call or text 021 025 11872

Here are a few friendly guidelines to keep our group respectful and productive:

- What’s shared in the group stays in the group—confidentiality is key!

- While we’re here to support each other, please keep in mind that we don’t provide medication advice.

- Everyone will have the chance to speak if they want to, but there’s absolutely no pressure to share if you’d rather listen.

- Let’s be considerate and give each other space to express our thoughts without interruptions.

**Just a friendly reminder:** This is a peer support group, not a professional mental health service. We’re here to offer a listening ear and companionship, but if you’re dealing with serious issues, it’s best to consult with your GP.

If you ever find yourself in a mental health crisis and need immediate assistance, don’t hesitate to call 111.

And remember, there’s always support available through 1737—just call or text any time, day or night, and you’ll connect with a trained counselor or peer support worker, all for free!

We look forward to seeing you.
