A water bottle, and appropriate footwear

What should I wear?

Just wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Most people like to wear a baggy T-shirt and pants/shorts.

Can I bring my children?

To maintain a vibe that fosters a mature space, this class is strictly 18+( 17yrs is an exception). Children and teen classes are definitely in the pipelines though!
