Description
A two-hour Sunday session for adults who want to play, create and surprise themselves. Each week moves through improvisation, physical comedy, clowning, character work and devising - practical and energising, with a strong emphasis on presence, listening and collaboration over performance polish.
No auditions, no scripts, no pressure to be good at anything, yet.
Just a warm, inclusive room full of adults doing creative work together - and discovering they're more capable than they thought.
Classes are designed to encourage effortless participation and easy engagement.
Book one session at a time. Come once or make it your Sunday thing - each session stands alone but there's a natural progression for those who keep coming back.
