Bring a water bottle and wear appropriate footwear

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing that allows movement. Most people like to wear a baggy t-shirt and pants/shorts

Can I bring my children along?

To foster a mature and age appropriate vibe, this class is strictly 18+ (17 years can be an exception) This 45-minute class is your time to focus, unwind, and move without distraction. It is understandable that sometimes life happens, in which case children may attend, but only if they remain quiet and do not disrupt the class. If this becomes an issue, it may need to be asked that they not be present during sessions. There are children and teen classes in the pipelines though!
