You will discover how the three areas of etiquette can be used in your social and business lives.  You'll find out how you can use it to enhance your relationships, make a positive impression, and navigate various situations with grace and professionalism.  

Let's look quickly at what you will learn.

Course Overview: 
This two-hour course is designed for individuals (ages 18+) of all backgrounds and professions who aspire to enhance their personal and professional lives. Whether you're a recent graduate preparing to enter the workforce, an entrepreneur, or an individual looking to refine your social acumen, our course is tailored to unveil etiquette tricks and tips.

No prior etiquette knowledge is required – just a willingness to invest in yourself and embark on and engage with etiquette and protocol. Open the door to our Personal Development, Social Finesse, Business Etiquette, and Dining Diplomacy course.

Course Contents: 

Our program is carefully crafted to provide a holistic personal growth and refinement approach. We'll delve into the intricacies of social dynamics, open up the art of effective communication in business settings, and guide you through the nuances of fine dining etiquette. Through a blend of engaging slides and real-world examples. 

Course Topics: 

1.0 Introduction to Etiquette
Importance of manners and social norms in personal development.
Building respect, kindness, and consideration in everyday interactions.

2.0 Social Etiquette & First Impressions
Key Focus: Polite greetings, respectful introductions, and the art of small talk. Discover confident verbal and non-verbal cues when meeting others. The importance of grooming, dressing appropriately, and presenting oneself.

2.1 Communication Etiquette & Body Language Basics

Active listening techniques and eye contact are signs of attentiveness and trustworthiness. The power of posture: standing and sitting with confidence. How to interpret and use gestures effectively in social settings.

3.0 Business Etiquette - The Modern Professional

Learn the art of making impactful introductions, understanding handshake etiquette, and using appropriate titles and greetings in professional settings. Digital communication involves understanding responsible phone usage, texting etiquette, and professional email practices. Dress professionally and look your best, enhancing your credibility and creating a positive first impression.

4.0 Dining Etiquette Essentials

Mastering the table: understanding place settings and cutlery use. Practical lessons on polite eating habits (e.g., chewing quietly, excusing oneself). How to navigate different dining scenarios, from casual meals to formal dinners.

5.0 Certificate Presentation

Once you receive your certificate—both paper and digital—you can easily add it to your resume or LinkedIn profile to show off your new skills.
