Event description

We have a fun afternoon planned to help adults build confidence with safe swimming practices. 

Learn practical ways to stay afloat, correctly fit a lifejacket, do rescues and more.  These skills that can be applied to swimming in rivers, lakes and open waters. 

For parents with kids aged 5-8yrs, we’ll also have a separate water safety lesson for them so you can enjoy your experience knowing your children are well looked after in the next lane.
