Description

The Competition Training is a specialised session designed to prepare Gracie Barra students and athletes for upcoming competitions. Hosted at Gracie Barra Headquarters - Sydney, these sessions provide an opportunity for you to sharpen your techniques, enhance your physical conditioning, and develop effective competition strategies.

The training is led by experienced Gracie Barra instructors, fostering a supportive yet challenging environment that reflects the values of brotherhood, integrity, and development. Open to all Adults and Juveniles with at least 3 stripes on their white belt, it aims to build the competitive edge needed for success on the mats.
